I dont want to see this data in my options table how do I stop it caching what I never wanted to read in the first place?

I am having the same problem. The options table is taking a lot more space than my actual posts.

I also edited the posts which were not accepting comments and re-checked comments checkbox.

I asked users about the posts but when I posted comments these posts and comments were working fine. Not all users are having trouble only some users are having this problem. And they see the “Comment form is closed for now” after submitting their comment using the comment form on the individual post.

I have comments enabled in the OPTIONS menu and no user level is required to comment.

I am also looking for help in this regard. I want to make sure that user info is not visible on my blog until they opt for it.

I face the same problem, I am getting notifications when a comment is in moderation que but I dont recieve a comment when I approve them. Later I remove moderation and I still dont recieve emails

I am using a free counter provided by sitemeter.
