Thank you. I did realize that when I switched to the WOOF -WooCommerce Products Filter, widget plugin on the shop side panel the issue I am having started.
With the WOOF plugin, I tired switching the PerPage location from top to bottom with no success, many times.
However, after Jeroen’s response. I tried switching it back to the bottom, and it started working again.
Its working for now.
