I’m getting the same issue, with the same plugins. Also, if I hit the refresh page or click on anything in the dashboard it goes to “maintenance underway” error page. Also if you go to my website is says “maintenance underway” and it takes about 5 minutes to come back online. I called my hosting provider and they were unable to help.
