Hi,
Thank you but it does not help.
The po file contains the right translation of the words: Street Address, Apartment, suite, or unit, City, State, Zip Code, etc. but in my registration form I cannot see them.
Is there any other way to edit the form?

Thanks, I included [wpt_test_2110] and this [wpt_test_Integrity] but it does not work.
‘2110’ is the id and ‘Integrity’ is the name of the test.

I want to include just one test in a page, instead of including the list of them by the shortcode [wptlist].
In case of Slider Revolution there is a shortcode [rev_slider alias=”1″] that you can place in your page.
FSQM Pro allows me to include in my page the shortcode [ipt_fsqm_form id=”4″].
I wonder if I can include in my page a wpt test so that it could have the same formatting as the other pages.
