Can I be another bother here please. I am pretty sure I am close to tears because I can’t figure out what all the crazy jargon means given to me by hostgator support. In a few words, I need your help.
I currently have a domain with wordpress.com

I would love to move this to a self hosted place. I have registered with hostgator, everything was running smoothly up until the Quickinstall option which I honestly believe is NOT QUICKinstall. Anyway, in the section “Application URL (where you will find the app in your browser)” by examples, I went with: https://booquepress.com/blog
At receiving email that everything has been set up, I am excited but when I click the ‘here’ in the email to be able to view my admin page, I get the error:
page can not be found.
Frustration!
I must mention that I signed up today to hostgator….
The hostgator support guy mentioned propagation after 20minutes of going back and forth and obviously this is news to me, had hostgator said there was a propagation period, I would have patiently waited. Now my questions are when is propagation done and how will I know its done, What do i do next?
Please help me move forward, because I am stuck! and in fits of tears really close.
