Actually I havent noticed yet a particular sequence of events that could cause this. It just happens randomly (and rarely fortunatly) when I click on “Save model”, then when I want to refresh the concerned webpage, it appears with a blank body, I refresh my admin page and I see that everything is gone. And I never use Restore default button…

If I see something particular with this issue I’ll let you know…

I think you didnt get me right, I already figured out that a blank fixed some placement issues, but what I’m talking about is that sometimes when I save my layout, and refresh, EVEREYTHING is gone, there is no more blocks set up in my layout and I have to do everything again! And it happens very randomly

Ok I got it for the tags. I actually encountered the issues of multiple product when adding a subcategory to a catalog in the database, but it works fine if I only insert a sub-category ID and leave the Item ID and Category ID rows blank.

I would have one more question: is it possible to add shortcodes in custom fields and on page products?

Currently I’m adding them directly in the database, adn it’s working well so far, because I’m really gonna need this feature… Same for tags, but I can make it without in a first time. Do you know if this will be added in the near future?

I have another question, a feature that my “client” needs: would it be possible to hide part of the content to a specific user? For ex, My catalogue contains movies, filtered by type (Action, drama…) but also by right-owner, and I would need that a given client can only access the movies of a specifi right-owner, or only specific types… Can I access the plugin features that deeply?

Thanks for you quick answer! I actually watched this video but you went too fast on the possible fields for a new custom fields, that’s why i didnt notice! So i just have to add the custom fields as “file” (the files are likely to be zip files), and then how do I add a new file? By drag and drop or using the media manager included in wordpress I guess? How the product adding by a csv sheet is handled in the case of file?
