Using the moveable type format for importing squarespace posts worked perfectly but not for images – is there anyway to get all the images with the posts as well?

if i could only figure out how to switch the library from GD to imagemagick in 2.7 everything would be fine.

There isn’t very much info on this that I can find. Has anyone had any success?

(i know nextgen gallery supports imagemagick but id rather use the inbuilt image magick rather than a plugin in this case…)

is this just the ‘post status’ column in the database being switched to ‘publish’? is there anyway to not have to manually publish every attachment?

the more fields plugin is much nicer than using the custom fields gui.

i think the root of the problem lies within trying to get the fields to parse the quicktags (it just will render the text of the tag when its published and not do anything with it.

essentially there is a description on the left handled by a custom field and a media part on the right which is being handled by the primary post field…

ideally i’d like there to be buttons for the page division quicktag and making links etc with the description custom field…
