We just pushed a silent update that should fix the problem. Delete the FREE version of FTS on your WordPress and re-install it and make sure to empty the cache by clicking to Feed Them tab > Settings > Global Options > Clear cache . Let me know how that goes ??

Seems like something else is causing the issue. You need to deactivate all plugin and then test to see if the issue goes away. If it does work then turn each plugin back on on by one until you see the error come back.

The only way to get the shortcode to output proper is to add it to a text type page builder option. Make sure not to use the design tab but the text tab.
