there’s no placeholder which would assign only product’s name and quantity.

Hello,
Currently, you can add only one recipient in the To field. It is a feature (adding more recipients) which we are going to add in a future.
If you want, you can use a filter to add a BCC field. Here’s a guide, how to do it – https://docs.shopmagic.app/article/247-adding-bcc-field-to-emails

You can remove Communication Preferences from the My Account tab with a filter.
Try this code:
add_filter( 'shopmagic/core/communication_type/account_page_show', '__return_false' );
