In what way, I feel it was pretty to the point. Do you have some input on how to improve the instructions?

I use it myself on scheduled posts and it is intermittent on them. No sure why, but then scheduled posts on WordPress are sometimes a bit hinkey themselves.
You shouldn’t have to unpublished the post to resubmit it though, it is submitted on save if the post is published, so just saving it should work.
