sorry, i don’t have the answer to your problem.

but you may be able to help with mine.
i have a lot of gaps in my post IDs, they go 1,2,4,6,7,8 etc.
i would like them to go 1,2,3,4,5,6 etc. (no missing numbers) – which it sounds like you have done.
i am a bit particular about stuff like that ??

(i know how to stop it skipping a number again, but i would like to reset the old ones that I can’t seem to go back and change).

any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated ??

I am also using someone elses code (from the default wordpress theme). I have tried everything.. clear: both; and there are no position: css code anywhere I can see
It all validates, the html and css. weird crazyness

I have tried many many things… with some results, I have go it to move to the bottom in Firefox, but not Safari, I don’t know what happens in IE.

I have resolved 2 of my problems (for now)
to get the footer sign-off “damian jolley – graphic design” to float right without dropping down a line, it had to be the first item in the list <li>

I have looked at it in IE, I wish i hadn’t. The menu is different. sigh.

and i’ve fixed the hover state in the menu ??

the footer not moving down is doing my head in tho
