I was having a similar problem mentioned by those above, your plugin prior to the latest update was working perfectly but then stopped. I reverted back to the previous version that you posted:

and it all sprung back to life.
Happy to help with any debugging as this plugin is exactly what I need and obviously I would be happier knowing that it is all patched and up to date ??
