    TO ALL POTENTIAL PREMIUM CUSTOMERS. READ MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS THUG FROM TURKEY

    2 days ago, I downloaded and installed WP Fastest Cache from author Emre Vona. I decided to purchase the premium version and bought it for $40 via Paypal. When the plugin download email came, there was no plugin attached, only the invoice. The email clearly stated:

    You can download the premium version on wp fastest cache panel or via attachment.
    Well, there was no attachment with the email, only an invoice. So, I went to the plugin backend panel to download it from there (also stated in the email) and the download link brought me to a dead page with the word “Forbidden” in the left corner.

    Since I have been scammed with online purchases in the past, defense mode kicked in. I immediately sent the author an email asking where my purchase was, and that if I didn’t receive it within the hour, I would be placing a refund request with PayPal. I had a deadline to meet and I was willing to purchase another plugin that does the same as WPFC. I never received an answer, so I proceeded to start a dispute with Paypal and went to the plugin page to leave a review warning others I was being ripped off.

    While I was there, I decided to take a look at the reviews from others to see how the author handled their complaints. I was appalled at what I saw. Being a business woman myself, I couldn’t believe how abusive and nasty he gets with people. Any person who was unhappy with either his plugin or attitude, he called them names. Here’s a few of his replies:

    ungrateful and miserable!

    I have already added this information on the plugin page. Have you ever made a IQ test before?

    you are just a beginner.

    If you look at these reviews, you will see many problems with the way he deals with people. Now back to my problem…

    The next morning I received a few emails from him. One email told me to “Piss off, we will pay you back”

    (here’s where it gets crazy illegal)

    The other email said:
    I published a post about you.

    He went and published a blog post on his own website with:
    MY PHOTO!
    MY FULL NAME!
    MY FULL ADDRESS!
    MY LINKEDIN ACCOUNT URL
    MY PAYER ID # FROM PAYPAL!

    and then he makes a remark at the end implying I am stupid.

    ALL THIS BECAUSE I WANTED A REFUND AND LEFT A BAD REVIEW!

    The reason for the plugin not being attached was because this “punk” lives in Turkey, so the payment didn’t go through immediately, like the hundreds of other purchases I have made. It was pending, but there was no way for me to see that. Also, he should have had a notice in his email that states “If the plugin you purchased is not attached or not available in the backend, it’s most likely due to the fact your payment is still pending. Please allow 24 hours for the payment to process”

    Either way, there is NO excuse for his behavior! I have sent him a Cease and Desist letter in an email and he still has the post up. My next move will be to contact the Internet Crime.gov website, since what he is doing is slander and harassment and totally illegal.

    Now today, I received another email from him trying to blackmail me.

    Take a look at the url. There is another customer who asked me about the same problem normally. and I replied and solved the problem quickly.

    I am not afraid of any diplomatic way ?? Don’t worry, I remove the post about you after he removes the review. If he cannot remove the review, he can converts the review from 1* to 5*.

    SO IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR PERSONAL INFO DISPLAYED IN PUBLIC, OR BE BLACKMAILED BY A THUG FROM TURKEY, THEN STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLUGIN!

    YOU JUST PROVED THE CUSTOMER RIGHT! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. KEEP ANSWERING CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT, MORON! YOU’RE THE ONE WITHOUT A BRAIN. I JUST PURCHASED YOUR POS PLUGIN AND YOU NEVER SENT IT TO ME IN THE EMAIL. ALREADY HAVE A DISPUTE GOING WITH PAYPAL. MAYBE WHEN YOU GET ENOUGH CHARGEBACKS, YOU WON’T BE SUCH A WISE ASS WITH THE CUSTOMERS! ??

    and if you stand on one leg and jump through a thousand hoops, the plugin will work! When it behaves and smells like garbage, it’s usually garbage! HORRIBLE PLUGIN! If you were upfront and just charged for the damn thing and it worked out of the gate, you would be better off. This sneaky crap to make money just pisses people like me off!

    Hi Eric, Although our other issues were fixed, the mobile device issue is not. I received a PM tonight from one of our BOD members

    And we are having an issue with our fundraisers again. It is only affecting people who access the website on their phones.
    The dollar amount of fundraisers are not showing up properly. Basically it is not updating. It shows properly via a pc or Mac but not phones, and unfortunately some of our donors and our clients only access them using their mobile devices.

    PLEASE HELP FIX THIS!
