In reply to: [Piggy eCommerce Stats] No iPad support??!!We’re considering tablet and desktop support. It’s not easy : )
Thanks for the information everyone! It’s seriously a very strange bug, and we’ve went through a lot of pains to try and correct it.
Rest assured we’re not giving up and hope to have it solved soon.
This is usually because you’re running a cache plugin. Are you running WP Super Cache or something similar?
It’s usually stats not being recorded. Most of the time you’ll see mobile traffic increase when you use WPtouch. Did you put your stats code into the Stats text area block in the admin settings? You can cut/paste stats tracking code in there to capture mobile visitors.

Not currently. We’ll likely add support for Mango phones, running IE9 mobile.
Are you running the latest version of WPtouch (1.9.34)?
Not likely— it’s just more likely that Google changed some code with Adsense, or their was a temporary issue with ads.
Thanks for reporting the bug— we’ll investigate. Sounds like an issue there.
That’s a strange issue— WPtouch Pro can handle setting any page as your posts page, separate from your desktop theme’s post page, or the same one.
WPtouch free doesn’t quite have that same functionality.
It sounds like you have a cache plugin installed. If you do, you’ll need to add all of WPtouch’s user agents (a listing if them are found in the settings for WPtouch) to the rejected user agent list in your cache plugin, and empty the cache to then have the correct functionality (your desktop theme will be cached, while mobile visitors will see the un-cached mobile version with WPtouch).
What simulator are you using? All website-based simulators will to work— WPtouch detects the user agents it supports before it serves its mobile version.
You can use the iPhone simulator from Apple, or use The develop mode in the Safari browser to change the user agent, or add the user agent switcher add-on in Firefox.
The WPFollowMe author claimed they’d fix it, and I guess they haven’t yet.
