It’s the answer I was looking for. One issue with your solution is that it just gives a list of all posts. Like the OP, I would love to have the default page to mimic the look and feel of the default WP home page but include the custom post type I create.

Hardly resolved. Spam the Admin Dashboard all you want, I can accept that and if after testing the plugin does what I’ll want, I’ll throw you a donation.

But dont spam every Users’ dashboard. Doing that will make me look for a different solution.

Yeah, that would work to block all events to a certain group. Ideally I was hoping to have events tied to certain groups.

I’ll ask over at UAM and see if they can suggest a hack of some sort.

yeah, that’s what I thought too but no luck so far. I can’t find a way to limit an event to a UAM user group. Theoption that pops up on a standard Post or Page creation doesn’t appear on the Event creation page.

Shane, which Event calendar are you working with ? Have you integrated UAM support ?

Alex, do you know of any Event Calender type plug-in that has made an effort to work with UAM ?

Love the power and simplicity of UAM. Now I just need to find the Plug-Ins I need that will work with USM.

I am having the same problem with 2.7 I can’t see where these commands are coming from. I’ve deleted all mods that I had installed recently but it still occurs. Installed crontrol to see if something was looping there but it’s not there.

Any ideas please ?
