I updated to the latest version (1.8.5) and it still doesn’t work. I have enabled recaptcha but there is no sign of it, when I complete the form the Submit button stays disabled.
The developers previously suggested I check my server config, but I’m waiting for a steer on what I need to check (I’m running nginx on Ubuntu server). This was weeks ago, they haven’t replied. Any here know what server config might stop this working?

Hi. So far the issue is not resolved. I will update the plugin as soon as I can and see if that helps. Thanks.
Yes, I am still having issues, it is not resolved.
What is the point in creating a new ticket?
Please stop marking these as resolved when they are not. It is really annoying and misleading to other users looking for solutions. The developers have been looking into but still don’t know why it doesn’t work. I will mark it as resolved when it really is resolved.
No, this isn’t resolved. Annoyingly, somebody keeps marking these threads as resolved when they are not. Why? I’ll mark it as resolved when it is really resolved.
The developers have been in touch via email and, although they haven’t resolved it, suggest there may be something wrong with my web server config that could be blocking it. They haven’t given me any suggestion as to what that may be though.
This is still not resolved (somebody marked it as resolved in error). I have contacted the developers as suggested, just haven’t got a solution yet.
This still isn’t resolved (not sure why it keeps getting marked as resolved). I have contacted the developers but none of the suggestions have worked, they now say it is a server configuration issue but I need them to tell me what it could be so I can fix it.
This has been incorrectly marked as resolved – it still isn’t working.

I too would like to redirect users to the home page once they have logged in. Is that possible?
After a bit of playing around I can get the link to work by changing the default link to:
{{home_url}}/wp-login.php?ur_token={{email_token}}
but that just uses the default WP pages.
Can anyone help me resolve this please? I’ve been trying to figure it out for days.
How did you do it? I’d like to retrieve some of the UR data in another plugin (Contact Form 7).
I still can’t get this working. I have managed to get the mail to send, but the verification link still doesn’t work, it just takes me to the logon page and the account remains in a ‘pending’ state. Can anyone help with this please?
OK, I’ve setup a whole new installation of WordPress (with a new database) and installed the plugin. Now it doesn’t send the verification email at all. I get the admin email to say a new user has registered, but the verification email doesn’t arrive (I’ve tried various addresses and checked spam folders).
This plugin seems so flaky and unstable. How can I troubleshoot these issues? Can it log to a file? I’m losing confidence in it and may have to try a more stable plugin.
I have changed the permalinks so they are now:
Register: https://portal.acquisinsurance.com/register
Login: https://portal.acquisinsurance.com/myaccountAlthough it’s stopped working entirely now, it doesn’t even create the user or send the email. I’m not really sure what else has changed that could have caused this.
