In reply to: Align content IN sidebars?ChrisG46,
Have you tried
align="center"
within the image tag for the logo, banner ad, etc. in the HTML code?Alignment generally isn’t a separate tag enclosed with pointy brackets.
Marcus,
This is an HTML, rather than a WordPress, question.
Your code for the narrow banner ad reads:
<p><a href='https://XXXXXX.nononsense.hop.clickbank.net'><img src='https://www.vincedelmontefitness.com/affiliates/banners/120_240/120x240_1.jpg' border='100'></a></p>
You have to align the image to the center of the column. Try this:
border='100' align='center'>

In reply to: Does updating a post make it reappear in RSS?anna_manana,
The blog I created has an RSS feed to Kindle subscribers. The subscribers see the 10 most recent posts, one after the other, in the main page of the page. (When a new post is added, the oldest post drops off the bottom of the list.)
If I update a post, the subscribers will see the revised version after I post the next article.

In reply to: How to troubleshoot auto upgrade problemsdaymobrew,
Did you try to upgrade to WP 3.0.2 or 3.0.3?
I did the 3.0.3 automatic upgrade (from 3.0.2) a few minutes ago, and it worked perfectly.

This is “off topic” for WordPress.
You need to add JavaScript to the your HTML code. Use the code view in Dreamerweaver.

In reply to: How does theme grade look?thisisedie,
themegrade asked for comments and suggestions, and I complied with his request.
What kind of comment is your “Um?”
If someone misspells WordPress on their site, the spelling should be corrected. It’s very unprofessional to have words not spelled correctly on a Web site or blog site; it can also be very embarrassing.

In reply to: Post with images won't publishJon,
Can you please provide a URL?
Can the problem possibly be an error in your HTML code?
I’ve added images in the posts in the blog I created for a friend. Please take a look at Angry White Male. Scroll down — there are images in the first two posts.
Is this what you’re trying to do?
If it is, we can compare your code to mine, and see if there’s an error in your HTML.

In reply to: Posts have disappeared on my blogcainlinda,
I just went to your site and saw the posts. They’re all dated some time in 2009, however.
Was that what I was supposed to see — posts dated 2009? Are the posts dated 2010 missing?

Only part of the site loaded, and it did that very slowly.
I received the following error message:
