use version 2.02 – it is working form me (the newest 2.03) is broken for me as well

I have re-upload both wp-admin and wp-includes from a fresh download, also have recreated the Plugin folder – still no luck.

I also wanted to add that I can see the list of pages under ‘Draft’ and ‘Trash’ – just not ‘Published’
