In reply to: [Text Toggle] How to make the Plugin work?[tt_part class=’one’ title=’lorem’] , then give the sections controlled by this toggle the same attributes. Sadly, this still shows a title for every hidden section, instead of just one clean toggle for the entire page. Un-installing now, but figured i’d answer in case it suits your needs better than mine.

In reply to: [Knight Lab Timeline] Warning: probable discontinuation of TimelineJS pluginI’m sorry you took my comment that way. I was just thinking out loud. There is nothing wrong with having limited wp experience. All i meant to say is that it explained why you went an iframe route instead of something more native to wordpress. If i didn’t have at least a passing interest in your work i wouldn’t have responded at all.

In reply to: [Knight Lab Timeline] Warning: probable discontinuation of TimelineJS pluginI’m starting to see the problem here. Apparently you have developed the wordpress plugin as an afterthought, without really understanding wordpress itself. To answer the question, the dashboard doesn’t allow users to revert to an older version of a plugin. Once you update the only way to go back is delete/ftp old version.
Under the assumption that this is an open source api, it may be best to fork the project and have a dedicated WordPress dev develop ik further.
Thank you so much. Keep up the good work!

In reply to: [Knight Lab Timeline] Warning: probable discontinuation of TimelineJS pluginDepending on your purpose i feel you may be moving in the completely wrong direction in regards to wordpress. WordPress users are generally used to hosting their own content and frown upon iframes.
See the Chronos plugin on codecanyon for an example of someone commercially providing that missing functionality in timelinejs.
I would only assume that a similar plugin by the actual developers of the timeline would have no problem finding enthusiastic responses from the wordpress community (which represent well over 60 million websites).
To be honest, there are several easier and more stylish timeline alternatives for those willing to follow the embed route. In the end, timelinejs will have to choose to embrace wordpress in full or not.

In reply to: [Rocket Reader (Speed-Reader)] Visual ComposerThank you for your quick response. I can confirm that the plugin no longer conflicts with visual composer. If i could make one more suggestion; i feel you could quite easily boost the usability of rocket reader by implementing a wordpress shortcode.
I realize that many developers frown upon the practice, but since most users are not developers (or even designers) they would likely welcome the freedom to determine where the rocket reader button is displayed.
Well, just my two cents. Thanks again for your fast handling of the visual composer issue.

In reply to: [MCE Table Buttons] Reverting back to multiple buttons?I appreciate you looking into it. I understand that for most users tables are not part of their everyday content. But from an academic content perspective, tables are often the only way to digitalize certain works (more specifically index books), Given the large size of these works, every extra step added to the workflow translates into weeks of additional work. Having the option to revert would be a godsend.
@matthew : My current workaround involves the use of a second wordpress install (pre 3.9) to create the tables. Then export the result to the live environment. Not ideal by any stretch of the imagination, but it beats taking three steps for each row.

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] Table fails to save. It’s not really an issue since all i wanted to do was disable row sorting. The table itself is functioning like all the others. My best bet is a corruption of the html table used for import. I was a way from keyboard while working on it, and came back to find a large amount of whitespace inside the file. Since my security log tells me i have the dubious honor of receiving abnormal amounts of attention from several .ru sites and ip’s i need to track down a posible connection (scan site and workspace computer).
Once again, thank you so much for your support. Hope i didn’t bother you to much.

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] Table fails to save.Found my error logs. Nothing beyond may 15th. For the moment i need to thank you for your help, but my attention is now needed on a more serious safety concern. I’m sorry.

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] Table fails to save. Can you please check if there’s more information in the server error log? Also, can you find out if there are any security extensions installed on the server that might be responsible for this?
I have no idea how to go about that.

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] Hidden colomn?Thank you so much. I just used firebug to figure out my original question, but complete missed the code tags. Can’t really express how impressed i am with the support.
