Sorry about your frustration. We had many requests for search functionality to be an option in the feature bar that includes share, follow, etc. Shouldn’t be retroactive though – we’ll look into this.

Agree that it needs attention from the developers! We will look into that error and try to make it easier to remove.

Feel free to email us or post your site so we can look at your account. It does not auto enable. Someone has to connect their account to RG in order for us to handle the email engagement programs on their behalf.

Is this for mayfield sites? If so, no welcome emails go out now.

Yikes – sorry about the bug. It should be fixed now. That was a mistake (a big one!)

RG is an optional extension with an optional monetization feature, that does not come with the plugin by default. The monetization feature can only be activated if users turn RG on. Even then they can choose if they want the monetization feature to be on. If monetization is turned on, the site owner can collect revenue from the non-intrusive ads that sometimes display. If the site wants to deactivate RG it is simple to do so. Feel free to let us know what the site is and we can help.

Your users shouldn’t receive any more emails. We researched this and believe we just solved it (as long as this is your site). If not, email us your site at [email protected]. Many sites that sign up for ReadyGraph use us like an email service provider like Mailchimp. So we need to be informed via the settings page above to stop emails. We are in the process of trying to make this super clear. I’m sorry this was confusing!
