yes, i have checked the faq page..

i removed the post/page because it makes no sense having it public when it’s not working.. I will publish it again so you can see.

the only other thread I had found was someone having a similar issue as there was a conflict with the SC shortcode plugin. I don’t have this installed, so it is no help to me..
