No wuckas! ??

Hey, I was able to get site search (not product search) working on the handheld footer menu in a child theme of Storefront. I’ve got a searchform.php and a product-searchform.php in my child theme, and I was able to access my custom search by removing the hidden input from the product-searchform (esp. the value="product" part).

I’ve done quite a bit of tweaking in my situation, and I’m not sure what’s relevant to you, but feel free to ask if still interested.

Yes, you were right. Sorry, there was another plugin activated that was hiding shipping methods.

I disabled the “Use the WooCommerce Transactional Email System” setting, and the customer emails were created correctly. They are pretty fugly though.

I’m having this problem too, can we make the solution public? I’m using SMTP Post (https://postmansmtp.com/) for emails, and there is no customer email in the logs, only the admin/purchaser ones.

I’m not sure what is happening. New abandoned carts are being added for a time, but I’ve had a look again today, and the table has been rewritten. I had 45 entries at one point yesterday, today there are 42 entries. One of the entries in the table today is another employee who wasn’t even on the site.

If you can’t offer me any other explanation, I’ll have to uninstall your plugin and look for another solution.

Thanks for your reply. I checked the field “Automatically Delete … after X days”, and it is blank. It is a mystery, then? I’ll continue to monitor, I haven’t imported old data from the staging site, new abandoned carts are being added to the table, so I’ll watch and if it happens again, I’ll try and figure out the cause then.

I’ve looked at the db, and the actual db table (_ac_abandoned_cart_history_lite) has been truncated to 41 entries, as opposed to the 1726 on my staging site. How could the DB table been damaged like this?

I’m just wondering if you are getting close to making an official fix for this? I am trying to work out if I need incorporate this into my sites in a more permanent basis, or am I ok to just leave this in my functions.php for now?

Thanks for that. My actual issue is that Google search console is reporting ‘Either “name” or “item.name” should be specified’ issue with a Breadcrumb itemListElement in the structured data for the page ‘https://organictimes.com.au/pages/cs_load/login/’. The page is obviously only available when your plugin is activated. I’m not sure what is causing the json is being malformed by Yoast SEO, is there something that is not named that should be?
