This version of Simplify requires Minimum WordPress 3.5

Please add this line of code in the bottom of the style.css file

You can delete the line 76 from style.css

This Theme is for WordPress only. It can be installed in WordPress Environment.

You can change the logo from WP-Dashboard > Appearance > Header

Updated theme doesn’t affect the child theme.

We see that you are using another theme. So this thread should be marked as resolved.

You can change the images from the CORPORATE Theme Options

The latest version of WordPress has the Header option and the Theme is implementing the custom header. You should update your WordPress version.

You can edit the style.css file for changing the colors.

We tested the WordPress Demo and our Theme but everything is working fine without any issue. As per our discussion in D5 Creation site we checked your site too. That is also working perfectly.
