So how do I fix the feed or add the “DTEND”?

I have this plugin for two different websites, set up the exact same way but with different Schedule Star feeds. Here is one of them:

This is a very time sensitive issue – I have tried manually going in and changing the events and it will save it for a few minutes and then revert to the “all day” events and on the wrong days.

Help would very, very much be appreciated.
