In case anyone is coming across this issue again in the future, I’d like to leave my solution for admin dashboard: Didn’t get CF7 to work on the dashboard but a normal php form works.

Thank you for your tips. Unfortunately it didn’t help. I also tried to manually migrate the page and get the same error.
