The problem still persists this morning, in spite of updating the plugin, it has forced me to disable the plugin.
For now I have followed the steps recommended above and I am waiting for the customer to retry checkout.
Hello, having the same issue, multiple customers have reported seeing the forbidden error on the checkout page, and it is affecting the business, how can this be solved at the earliest?

Please ignore, I fixed this issue after deleting the plugin directory and uploading a new copy to the server.
Yes, I can confirm I have the same problem, where is the update? I have been waiting for the fix to this issue, which was reported two weeks ago.
