, the developer does not check this forum very often and there are too many variables each person has that can effect results. I have tested and have all the latest updates on my site and the directions link now works perfectly . There are now more than one topic associated with this thread and you are no longer on topic. Your issue is not the same as the DIRECTIONS LINK issue in the tagline here so is not very useful to the others who may be following this post.

Directions Link was patched and published yesterday. Update to 4.3.03

It would be most useful if you could post in the SLP forum where the developer is logging and working on patches. The WP support threads are checked at random times but checking two forums is difficult.

Please let SLP know if you are using any additional add-on packs

I have the latest version of WP 4..3 and SLP 4.3.03, my info box popup is working perfectly so perhaps there is something different in your environment,

Please post your questions on the SLP forums for a more timely response time. We have many non-profits using the plug-in. Non profit indicates a classification of a corporation. I also worked for a non-profit so we understand. Take a look at the plug-in site and what the various tools can do for you and you may have a convincing argument for your management team.
P.S. please make sure you describe your versions when posting, home markers are already part of the free SLP plugin.

Yes it is an add-on pack called User Managed Locations , visit the site for additional information.

You do not need to add a business Google ID or Google API for the plugin to work. It actually works right out of the box.

Yes when you use ProPack all new locations will update with the Google Longitude and latitude unless you select “do not geocode: See the SLP documentation page for more information

It sounds like you copied and pasted the short code instead of typing it in with your keyboard. Type it onto the page rather than cut and paste and it should work.
