Hi @saletijd, thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem. This solution was already indicated in the links I provided above, and it did not solve the problem ??

I also created a completely new form, just in case there was an issue with the old one, but that also gave the same error message.

Any other ideas are greatly appreciated.

I am seeing the same problem. I checked the following sites for information, but unfortunately, that didn’t resolve the issue ??

The email server works fine (can send and receive emails), and I also made sure that the email configuration in the form is correct, as indicated in link #2 above.

Any ideas what I could be missing? Thanks so much!

Thanks, unfortunately, that didn’t show the background color, either ??
Maybe anybody else has any ideas. Maybe there’s an option in the custom style section of the theme that is overwriting the row visual styling … ?
