thanks for your link. would like to double confirm with you, the FTP client mentioned in the link, the host name is www.(mywebsitename).co , while the user name and password is as same as how I log in wordpress as usual right?
However, it show the access denied. I am very sure that we do not change our password before this happened.

I tried to clear cookies as well.

But at my side, my direct login page with wp-login and wp-admin both also showned page not found.
