In reply to: [Microblog Poster - Auto Publish on Social Media] Facebook Image problemHi,
Facebook API dropped the possibility to specify the image of the link that MicroblogPoster auto publish.
The only way the correct image is shown per post is to have the right facebook meta tag on each wordpress post page. You have lots of plugins that can do that automatically.
The meta tag that you need on each wordpress post is:
<meta property=”og:image” content=”image_url_goes_here” />Facebook will then fetch the right imake and show it as thumbnail on your facebook post.
Hi Rodrigo,
I think that the best way is to test our free version of the plugin. The free version offers lots of functionalities and it’s the best way to get familiar with the plugin.
Each paid featured is explained and you need it / want to buy it you can.Best regards
Hi,
The Enterprise Add-on permits to auto publish only to selected categories. In which case all other categories or new categories are ignored.
Please, yes contact us by email.
Try the following:
1. Disable Wp Cron in the config file.
2. Set up a crontab pointing to wp-cron.php file, each 30 minutes lets say
See what happens, normally it should work fine.
Hi there,
In order to automate things like auto publishing old posts, Microblog Poster is using the WP Cron functionality.
Make sure that you didn’t disable WP Cron in wp-config.php file.
If you find this line in it:define( ‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true );
you’ll have to remove it if you want the Auto Publish Old Posts to function correctly.
2. Try disabling plugins such as WP Crontrol, WP-Cron Control, etc..
They might change the standard execution of WP Cron feature.Regards!

In reply to: [Microblog Poster - Auto Publish on Social Media] Creating a Facebook AppHi there,
No you don’t need to submit items for approval, just follow precisely steps given on our help page for facebook https://efficientscripts.com/microblogposter/facebook-auto-publish
Regards!
Yes it does.
Hi there,
For old posts, please try disabling / enabling again the feature. In some cases that works.
If in Log history is written ‘Success’ it means Microblog Poster has sent out post to FB, so it is up to FB when it comes to display a post.Let me know if this helps.
Thanks

In reply to: [Microblog Poster - Auto Publish on Social Media] Googe PlusHi,
When you create buffer account in MicroblogPoster you only have to enter
– username
– API KeyOnce created, you have to click on “Refresh available accounts”.
Normally, after that you’ll be able to select your “Google+ account” when creating a google+ account in MicroblogPoster. But first select the “Buffer account” in drop down!
Hi there,
We are glad that you like our plugin.
Check if you have selected field ‘Activate old posts auto publishing’, and also check if you have ticked the social account to update (in this case Facebook).
Once you have ticked it, click on Save button.
Kind regards!
