I am using the shortcode, but as I understand it what you just posted was code for HTML above the countdown, whereas I am trying to make a bit of HTML disappear after the end of the countdown.

But there is no custom URL plugin for CoinURL. However, I do have a PHP code snippet that changes all URLs on a page to CoinURL links, and an API. Will this help?
