Same question here. Tried several recaptcha plugins. no one working. How to add recaptcha code direct to the booking template ? I cannot see any template, seems all to be coded as js.

Yes and no. I cannot identify what exactly is blocking and what not. I have several firewalls working together. Disabled also wp caching module. It solved for one day, on the next same problem again with module disabled. Seems to be a working together causing false/positives… Difficult to identify which one is causing the problem.

OK. But as you can see it must be something with BBQ, cause when I disable the module the same request are not blocked also for Google Bots. The only diff. between bing request and google request is the agent user.

Is this plugin end-of-life ? Dead ? It’s not blocking anymore reliable after update to gutenberg, besides I have the php error described before.

For to avoid that upgrade message on back-office I simply changed the version on file bbq-blacklist.php to the same of BBQ master (20190501). I hope this is correct ? Or has that file changed also content ?

Well, I deleted the cache and also cleaned database several times before. Now I logged out and logged in again, and the version showing is 5.2. Strange thing…
Is there something changed on caching system ?

A second problem I found, which is in corelation:I was forced to disable WPFC module, cause it is generating problems with IQ block country modules. It is not blocking countries anymore. I need to use IQ block module for to sort content of my site to different countries and in this case I prefer to have no extra cache on page, before the whole world can see whole content of my WP-site.

Furthermore this module is writing constantly mass fcgid-errors/warnings. As it is the only module with this problem I suppose that it comes from the module coding. No other module is writing fcgid warnings/errors.

you can close my support. I investigated what furthermore could be happen. I don’t know why, but wp-config.php had a BOM. On same day of pluginupdate I deleted there a include_once line for a script not in use anymore. Seems that the editor added a BOM to this script. After removing the BOM all is working again.

it is when I go to the settings of plugin first page. Browser cache and also server cache is already cleaned. I tried also by disabling cache plugin and other plugins maybe have connection with this problem. All without any change to the problem.
BTW: my browsers settings are for set for all, when browser shut, than cookies and cache are deleted. So this should be not the problem. As I said, the problem persists on Firefox, Opera and also Chrome. Could it be a problem with phython ? Although I don’t use it, it is installed on the server and I for security reasons updated this in the last weeks for several times. Version is 2.7.12. Another thing I did, was to secure phpmyadmin site by .htpasswd. Besides plugin update and the named updates, there was no any other change on server/site.

With network monitor tool: there are no JS, XHR or other errors. Could it be a firewall problem ?

Sorry I’m not a coder, I’m a server admin. Before I move my customers projects to the new server I was using WP php compatibility plugin to check for possible errors and these I had.
