This is not something that can be done on a live site and this is not really something that will work on the staging website because Paypal requires the URL to be for the live site.

Is there some other-way to go about troubleshooting this?

@bornforphp, that is exactly it when minification is disabled there are no errors.

For now I have excluded the google site kit plug-in from minification, and this resolved the issue.

Thanks, I have added the exclusion it seems to be working correctly.

The WP Optimize minification feature was causing the errors. Once disabled the errors went away. Thanks for the help.
