  • I’m having the same issue too. I had to revert the update with my hosting backup.

    Hi Gerard,

    Here is the site admin email I received after the error:

    Howdy!

    Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

    In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Envira Gallery.

    First, visit your website (https://www.niagaracc.suny.edu/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://www.niagaracc.suny.edu/wp-admin/upload.php?page=enable-media-replace%2Fenable-media-replace.php&action=media_replace_upload&attachment_id=50508&_wpnonce=47c8366b1c&noheader=1) and check for any visible issues.

    Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

    If your site appears broken and you can't access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special "recovery mode". This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

    https://www.niagaracc.suny.edu/wp-login.php?action=enter_recovery_mode&rm_token=840O707ARUkGHkvqNtW6Ed&rm_key=eGEDywCz42Zp8Zq3Rlvz34

    To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don't worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

    When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 5.8.3
    Current theme: NCCC (version 0.1)
    Current plugin: Envira Gallery (version 1.9.4.1)
    PHP version 8.0.14

    I have revisions turned on. What I think may have caused it was the user created a revision copy, then created another copy of that same revision. When that revision was sent to me as part of the workflow, the plugin didn’t see to merge it with the live page. I will post in the workflow support too.

    Hi Tobias,

    Thank you for the great support!

    I added some additional CSS to style the mobile layout:
    @media (max-width: 767px) {

    .tablepress-id-152 tbody td,
    .tablepress-id-152 thead th {
    width: 100% !important;
    display: block !important;
    }

    .tablepress-id-152 .column-1,
    .tablepress-id-152 .column-2,
    .tablepress-id-152 .column-3,
    .tablepress-id-152 .column-4,
    {
    width: 100% !important;
    display: block !important;
    }

    }

    Hi Tobias,

    My co-worker who has oversight that page content wants to keep the rowspans, or I would unmerge those table cells. Can you tell if the row freeze on the header is working on your end? Could the rowspans be the reason that I can’t see the freeze working? Not sure how to troubleshoot.

    Kind Regards,
    Corey

    Hi Tobias,

    I found where to enable the Extension and add the Shortcode parameters, but it doesn’t seem to freeze. Can you take a look at my site if I create a user account?

    Kind Regards,
    Corey

    Hi Tobias,

    Thank you for the quick response. That seems to have fixed the issue. Thank you! I ran a test on my employer’s WiFi, outside connection, and multiple browsers. Now I’m only finding that IE 11 is the non-responsive one. Can you test the page in that browser on your end?

    Kind Regards,
    Corey
