Thanks, I suspected that might be the case. They have domain privacy on, I have contacted Go Daddy who have so far cut me off 3 times, and ignored my email…oh well – I will continue trying.

Ink Themes refused to help in the end – first time they have done so…very sad as I have used them for years – customising themes is part of creating what a client needs and wants.

In the end I used this code

.mobile_nav {
display:none;
}

The closed part changes to opened when you clicked “Pages Navigation Menu”

Thanks so much Stacey. I added the code but it did not go away…something strange going on, Ink Themes have still not replied and I go on holiday in the morning…really do not want to go away with this error

Hi songdogtech, thanks for that. I have been asking for support but they appear to be blaming my customisation – which is not the case, and also due to the time difference it takes a while to get an update from them.

I must add that they are usually excellent and have used them for several years.

However I am stuck with this issue and posting here was really me hoping for some help or just pointing in the right direction. If I need to hire a developer I will do so, though have never had to before for simple websites such as this.

ANY help at all would be appreciated, thanks – unless of course I am breaking the rules by asking, in which case I will close the thread. Thanks
