I work on the same site as @swagglerock.
I just verified with our web host provider that we do meet all of the SLB and WordPress requirements as specified. Do you have any other ideas what could be causing the issue?

I’m having the same issue. When I inspect the page, none of the classes or IDs related to the plugin appear around the images int he lightbox.

Also where do we add that AssetCache.php file and do we need to add code somewhere to reference it?

Is it possible for you to add this to a future release of the plugin?

I’m also having the same issue in a multi-site environment.
The pop-ups are appearing at the bottom of my web pages. This means I have to manually change the pop up maker theme to resolve the issue. I have over 1300 sites that I’m managing so a fix in a future release would be much appreciated. The issue is still present when I revert to the default Twenty Seventeen theme.
