Already have. No word from the developer on my thread yet either. Same problem, new version of WP. Very annoying.

I write enough code to be comfortable snooping in the PHP, which I did, and even with the cache variables manually set to 0, it didn’t do anything. Even after two days of it set that way, my site’s playlists haven’t updated even though the new videos I uploaded are assigned to them correctly on YouTube.

It’s quite frustrating! I can’t think of anything else that could fix this.

I’m having the same issue with my website — using the playlist shortcode to stream YouTube videos.

Even if the plugin ha a 24 hour cache, why wouldn’t it reset after 24 hours? In the OP’s case, it’s been a week since they updated the playlist and it’s still not updating on their site. (This is my issue, too.)

So far the only way I’ve been able to get new videos on the site is to recreate the playlist. Which is NOT helpful and very time consuming with certain long playlists, not to mention all the other problems that causes.

Using WP 3.8 and Youtube Channel Gallery plugin 1.8.6 here.

I’ve updated my page to include that shortcode — I don’t know why I completely skimmed over seeing you had a Quick Star Guide — and now my page is working correctly, yay!

By “remove it,” do you mean I have to uninstall it first before installing the latest version? Simply updating to the latest version won’t work?

Hopefully CF7 releases their own fix soon, I hate having outdated plugins on my site. :S

Thanks for that, Renno31! The site I was able to fix it on only had one form, so no problem, but with some sites I have 3+ forms, so your solution will definitely help me out.

I hope CF7 can fix this issue soon; it doesn’t make any sense that they wouldn’t support reCAPTCHA plugins anymore!

ps. I also noticed this doesn’t work in IE7 either, but I’m less concerned about that since I don’t offer support to my clients for IE7 anymore. Just thought I’d point it out.

What version of Filebase are you using? This appears to have been a bug in an old version, so I’d recommend updating to the most current version if you haven’t already.

Finally got around to being able to test this, and YES, that’s what it was! We’re probably using the same security plugin.

By the way, I was finally able to test this and it worked just fine. However, since I use child themes a lot, it’s disconcerting that I have to go into the parent theme and update its functions.php.

When is this going to be implemented into the plugin itself and not require code hacking? I’d love to know since I use this plugin on 10+ sites and otherwise have no complaints!
