When I use html in the message body, the [menu-26] won’t show.

I enabled the debug mode, but the problem seem to remain, it’s just like the course won’t load. I don’t know what to do, the course worked for a long time and then this happened. When I try to create a new course, it’s the same result, that it won’t load. Do you have any suggestions what to do?

Thank you. Now, I’ve disable every plugin except for LP and I’ve activated 2021 theme.

I’ve enabled only LearnPress Plugin, but I’m not sure how to switch to the 2021 theme? Sorry for my incompetence.

I’ve tried that, but it’s still not working. I can see all the lessons and the course in the “admin mode” but when I try to access it as a customer the pages show but the text is like grey lines that don’t appear.
