at least for my subject.
It was the plugin germanMarket that caused the message “No unactivated members were found.”

But they have their own activate button
so Topic is resolved.

I’m not quite sure if this is what you meant but under content/uploads wordpress creates the media folders.

Also a good idea but wordpress saves media in folders per year and subfolders per month and these images are distributed into the folders since 2018.
