While my question is still valid, I’ve just found a pretty good solution that works without any further customization. So, ignore my question, if it is outside the scope of this forum. If not, I would be more than happy about an answer.

This CSS will do the trick:

However, searching for ZIP code 4400 does not work. I am completely lost.

As far as we can see, WooCommerce doesn’t offer any field to set a price for the “main product” when a product is variable.

That’s fine. However, the CusRev email does show exactly that. ?? “Main product” was the wrong description, my mistake. The email always shows the price of the first variation. Please see this example:

I increased the cut-off time to 180 minutes. Now, 92% of all “abandoned” orders are false-positives. All statuses but “draft” are excluded.

I’ve just tested it with some test orders. I set the cut-off time to 60 minutes. I put something in the cart (as a guest user) and completed the purchase within 30 minutes. For the second test I completed the purchase after 90 minutes. Both orders were NOT tagged as abandoned. While this is pretty much the opposite effect, it is still not really a success. The second order should have been saved as abandoned. I’m running out of ideas. ?? The test shop does not use caching. So, this could not explain the problem.

Ok, thanks for the info. I don’t want to bother you, but you should really consider a better solution. There’s no need for hardcoding fonts, is there? The problem is that this is EU-wide pretty much not allowed anymore. Just saying! ?? In addition to that, it is a deal breaker for the PRO version. Don’t get me wrong: The free version offers A LOT, and I am super happy with it. However, why should I use the PRO, if I have to modify templates anyway? Last not least, there’s no advantage to load the Open Sans font, since this (or something very similar) is the standard font in many modern browsers.
