I found the solution, I had the Twitter and Facebooks imple connect plugins installed.

When I decided to just manually add the twitter, facebook and google plus 1 javascripts etc. I no longer needed the twitter and Facebook simple connect plugins, so I uninstalled them ad wala all of a sudden sharedaddy was adding the icons.

IE 9 has a lot of issues with facebook in general

I am having a similar problem. My stats keep going back to yesterday. Then 12 or so hours ago then current then back to yesterday. It was confusing me until I read this post

I have a copy of the site in DEV mode, whats crazy is the exact same template on the dev site displays the sharedaddy icons in the post only.

The templates are 100% the same.

It’s a custom theme.

I looked through the templates over and over again and can’t seem to see anything wrong with it. It works on the index page just not inside the post.

Funny you post this, I was looking at this plugin yesterday but the website for it won’t even load.

I had the same problem and installing the jetpack plugin fixed the issue but you need 3.1

Yeah this seems to be a common problem the last few days, the only fix I can find is to install the new JetPack plugin.
