Hi,

With the Save Progress add-on, you could add a Save button to your form which would allow the data to persist after login. I would also remove the Submit button as save data is removed upon form submission.

With Save Progress, there is also the ability to enable Local Browser Storage which saves as the user types. I hope that this helps to clarify.

Field merge tags currently only bring in the “value” and not labels. I believe this kind of feature may be included in a future version of Ninja Forms, but I do not have an ETA of when at the moment.

With the Conditional Logic add-on, you could add a hidden field onto your form and use conditional logic to change the text of this field based on choices made in the Select or Radio field.

Unfortunately, Ninja Forms does not currently have an out-of-the-box feature for order tracking and would require custom code to achieve or another extension to pair with that offers this feature. I apologize.

From the list, I see a couple add-ons which are a few versions behind. The current version of Save Progress is 3.0.12. I would try updating all plugins to the current version and seeing if that resolves the issue.
