It is your form on ?https://www.themeum.com/support/ that is the problem. It has nothing to do with my website, therefore you’ll NOT need to inspect my website. It fails in Chrome on MacOS in both standard and incognito mode. It fails in Safari as well. It fails with AdGuard on and off.
Have you noticed a dropoff in people submitting support requests? It is because your form is broken.
That’s so disingenuous. I specifically stated that I knew about the Content Available After X Days From Enrollment method.
You neglected to answer the real question, which was how to handle the insertion of a lesson without having to manually re-order every single lesson that follows? Or how to move a lesson without having to manually re-order every single lesson? Or ideally, how to only make a lesson visible weekly, but only accessible after the previous lesson has been completed. One of your colleagues responded to a 5-day old support request saying that it was impossible to do so.
with any large-scale course with numerous lessons, this method you describe simply isn’t tractable.
It seems to me that this would be the function of the advanced setting, Course Archive Page. Supposedly this is where all the published courses live. What does this function do if not replace the default slug “courses”?

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] course datesI would love this as well.
Great, except that your online support request at that location yields an error: error : – Invalid request
Fix your form.
Interesting. I’m not seeing a Bad Gateway error.
Thanks, Cory.
If the log file didn’t show DONE PROCESSING, I’d be the first to agree with you. Is there something that is done after the log file is completed that would cause the process to run longer?
The Building Package window is displayed for 2minutes 3 seconds. The log file indicates the process completed in 69 seconds. As it is, it appears that the process is stuck waiting for a signal it never receives, rather than being terminated.
Am I wrong in my deduction?
