Yes, it seems to be working great now. I’ll do some more testing and, if no problems, make a donation shortly for this extremely helpful plugin. Great how you made the events custom posts, and the styling looks nice right out of the box. Bravo.
Will do. Thanks! I’ll let you know how it goes in a short while.
kceyedoctor and creamofclubs, are you running the Simple Admin Menu Editor plugin?
Just to be more clear:
The Simple Admin Menu Editor lets you hide menu items (handy of you have 60 plugins running like I do). When I went through and checked the items I wanted hidden, there were a few items within the “Performance” (W3TC) tab that had no names, so I checked them to be hidden. Turns out, those were the pages (CDN and db cache I think they were) that I wasn’t able to access and got the permission error for.
Unchecking them fixed it.
So, if you’re using the Simple Admin Menu Editor, and you’re getting permission errors accessing some parts of the W3TC admin, now you know why.
Found it. The plugin “Simple Admin Menu Editor” was causing the permission problem. All set now.
Hi Frederick,
I’m getting this error too. I first noticed it today when I tried to export the media library which kept failing.
When I go into the CDN Admin, I get the permission error.
“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
Weird that it happened all of the sudden.

In reply to: [upPrev — Next Post Slide-in Box] Doesn't work with 3.2My apologies. I really thought I did donate. I searched my paypal and found no record. So I made one now.
Thank you very much for finding the error. I fixed it and the plugin works again.

In reply to: [Fluency Admin] Fluency Admin BrokenYes, it is broken in 3.2. Darn.
Perfect. Thank you.
Yes! Thank you!
I had the same issue. Too bad because I agree Wapple could be the best mobile plugin for WP. It loaded very fast and the page sizes were nice and small. Good looking design too. But desktop users were often shown the mobile version. The Wapple plugin doesn’t append the URLs so the page URL of the mobile and desktop themes are exactly the same. One of the fixes they need to do IMHO would be to have Wapple-generated pages use a different URL (like …/mobile )and include a canonical tag. I’ve written to Wapple and received no response.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] [Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Permission ProblemsHi Frederick, Yes, the SuExec worked great to resolve the permission issues I was having after the 3.04 upgrade, but then I found you can’t use SuExec with APC opcode cache, which was something I wanted to use.
So it turned out I just needed to chown the home directory to the correct user and group to fix the permission issue. The nobody:nobody default needed to be changed to the correct root user and group.
Now I’ve got W3TC humming, APC opcode and Cloudfront all living in harmony. My site averages about 450ms (global average – in the ‘States it’s <100ms) to load what would be a 1MB home page with about 150 database queries (without caching and minification).
Thanks again for W3TC and all your help. Now if I can just do something about my domain’s age. Young URLs get no Google love. But that’s another forum.
Regards,
Curtis
