Sorry for the delay, we had to make some additional changes to the crons to avoid too many queued actions.
The problem seems to have fixed, I just have the following question:
When trying to solve the problem I have noticed that the following action is generated: adjust_download_permissions repeatedly one for each variation. The store does not have virtual products. Is it possible to deactivate said action (adjust_download_permissions) because it also generates a queue in the execution of the actions. I have reviewed some forums but I have not found an answer on how to disable this action since I do not need it.

Every time a product is updated or created by the user, it creates an adjust_download_permission row in the database (even for non-downloadable products).

This brings a problem because they end up with a huge database.

This occurs when a variable product without any downloadable variations is updated, but not with a simple product.

Expected behavior
The adjust_download_permissions row in the database should only be added if the product is a downloadable product.

Hello, I have done everything recommended but it did not work.
I found what the problem is: it is because many Scheduled Actions woocommerce_run_update_callback remain in the execution queue and these are not completed, they are created but not executed, all remain in pending status. I have had around 30,000 execution queues, that’s why it gives me the error.
Now the problem is that I don’t know how to prevent so many from queuing. I have about 7,000 products with variations of about 14,000 product.

I have observed that in Scheduled Actions there is one 100 errors in this filter woocommerce_run_product_attribute_lookup_update_callback with the same message
