Hi there, I’m afraid I don’t have a straight answer, only some suggestions:

I assume you can’t do another backup from your old host? Can you contact their support and ask if they still have a backup?

If you remember the usernames from the old system you can possibly do a fresh install and overwrite the new database with the values that you do have from the old one?

I wouldn’t worry about these. Googles font servers are probably faster than if you’d host the fonts yourself.

Saying that – if you do want to host the fonts yourself you can download them from Google fonts.

I’d be very careful forcing pages onto people trying to leave your site. But I’m sure you have a good reason for it. I don’t believe you can handle this server side. The only way I can think of doing this is using javascript. An onbeforeunload event is fired when someone leaves a page so you can use this to do a redirect.
