Oh! Thank you. I hadn’t realized this was only for self-hosted sites.

I found the Export option and used that. It seems to have at least backed up all the site text, which is the most important thing. Thank you! I’ll follow up through the wordpress.com support site.

Follow-up: realized that I could just delete the ugly orange text and create a new title/header image. The new image is not much better, but I understand how I can pretty that up in Photoshop or whatever.

So really it’s just the Arial now.
