+1 this has solved the problem for me. FAQ page was fine in draft but when I published I got page not found error.

Went to WP Settings -> Permalinks, made no changes but hit Save Changes and this fixed my problem

I’ve solved the problem – I inserted the image into the post. It should have been set as a featured image.
