Hi, thank you for your feedback. Currently, Inline !Share Icons are only available for individual blog post/pages, not the post listings (the loop). We had this feature requested and we are working on version 2.0 of the plugin witch will include the option to enable Inline buttons for post listings.

Hi, sorry for the delay. Unlike the regular floating bars where you setup the width/height in percentage, The Elegant floating bar is set to take the icons total width/height so this might be a bug. Can you please submit a link so we can debug your code.

Hi, i think you sent us support email for witch we replied. But here is the email reply:

Hi, i see you were using the top bar, the top bar has a setting to display the bar after user scrolls X pixels. If you want to show that straight away, without scrolling the page a minimum of X pixels set the value to 0 in “Extra Settings > Top bar will appear after user scrolls:” option.

Because your home page is short in height on some screens you dont have the scroll bar since entire content fits into view. Thus if your show after x pixels scrolled option is someting like 50-100px the users who dont need to scroll will not see your top bar.

Ok, so I see you are using the !Share top bar with “showat” option to 40 pixels. My screen is quite big, so i can’t see the bar on main page since all home content fits in my screen and there is no scroll bar. If i go to one of your posts and scroll down beyond 40 pixels the bar appears. So everything works properly.

Please let me know if this clarifies the way the top bar works so we can set this as resolved.

Hi, sorry for the delayed reply. We are currently working on the social analytics and the major update to version 2.0. The fix is on the to do list of 2.0. We are not going to release any other small updates until then. Sorry about that. The release of 2.0 will be somewhere at the end of may.

Hi, What version are you trying to activate? You should not get any errors activating the plugin as its common activation, we do not do any kind of checks on activation. It should work. You can delete the plugin, go to add new, search plugin, type “share” and search, our plugin will appear first and try to install and activate it from there.

Hi, You are using the !Share inline buttons with counters right? This error was reported on some installations due to the social counters class. Are you using the inline buttons with counters both above and below the content? If yes can you try selecting position only below or above post content and see if that fixes the issue? If that doesnt work try using the inline buttons without counters for now. This issue is on our todo list and we will fix it on our next update. Thank you for reporting this and let me know if the advice worked.

We are preparing version 2.0 and you will have the option to enable share buttons on post listings as well not just individual pages. We are currently working on rebuilding the whole structure of the plugin since we had so many features requested. Version 2.0 will be packed with features ??
