Hi, thank you for reporting your issue. What Browser are you currently using? We currently know that IE 8-9 has issues with saving general settings because saving general settings sends a cross browser request to our servers to check your !Share ID.

Translation is not supported in this current version as the widget is served by our server.

We are working on version 2 of the plugin which includes translation for several languages. You will be able to change the language by selecting it from a dropdown in your wp-admin area.

Can you tell us which language you are in need of for your plugin?

Hi, just checked your style.css file and I can’t find this code anywere:
#Share-networks2 ul {margin-left: 0;}

Are you sure you are saving it in the right place.

To edit the style file of your theme go to the left main menu > Appearances > Editor and you should see a big text box with title above Simple Catch: Stylesheet (style.css) – (or something similar). At the very end place the code from above in a new line and click on “Update File”

Because of a big number of requests for registration but mainly because the widget is served from our server there were times when emails fail to be sent or consistently delayed. At present time we separated our widget serving server from the email server and hopefully most of emails will be delivered accordingly. There is also to issue of your email server not approving an inbound signal from our mail server, so your server could block or spam the email sent by cunjo.com, it usually happens to non-free email addresses (ie [email protected]) where the mail server has been setup with extra filters and checks.

We do apologize for any issues caused, we can retrieve your !Share ID for you, just send an email (from the email address used to register for an ID – for security measures) at [email protected] with the subject “Retrieve my !Share ID”

Hi, I can only see the buttons on top of the post, but no other elements close to them, just title above and image below.

If you want to move just the buttons left or right you can add in your style.css file of your theme this code #Share-networks2{float:right} > for moving icons to right or #Share-networks2{float:left} > for mofing to left.

But tell me exactly what you need to adjust, so I can better help you since there are multiple levels of elements in the widget.

Dear dexpedition, I think I was clear enough on the response. It is not possible to remove the Cunjo credits on the FREE version. We will release soon another version and it will include a premium membership service which will allow you to remove our credits from the widget plus get extensive support.

Hi star_rider, thank you for contacting us. We just finished the Social Analytics platform and from this weekend we are starting work on the plugin. Also Version 2 of the actual widget services has been changed you will have a lot more flexibility on the bars design, share by email and language packages if you need the widget to be shown in different language.

It took us some extended time to finish the analytics because is quite in dept platform free to use with version 2. The plugin will take a minimum 2 weeks to build might extend to one month as there are a lot more options to add and since the whole service was redone for the better. The plugin is being built with extend ability in mind we will have hooks and a good structure so you will be able to get future ad-dons for it or create your own.

Sorry for asking you to wait a little longer, but because of the service success and because we will have a commercial license as well we need to build this the right way.

Also, as an informative note, all new features planned for version 2 plus analytics platform will be completely free, the commercial license will be available so you can remove our credits from our widgets and also for extensive support (its basically a way for you to support our on going development of the service).
